Sam joined our team and became Fear Free Certified in 2021. She started as our client care advisor, which, especially during COVID, was exceptionally difficult. Since then she has trained on being patient care advisor as well, and is a fantastic teammate to have up front on phones, but also in the exam rooms. She is a quick learner, very smart, and always so empathetic and kind towards all. Most importantly, she is tall, so she can reach things off shelves for us that we otherwise would consider lost. In her spare time she enjoys turtle racing, watching water polo, and is dabbling in macrame.
